Reminder to self: change the ISO dial from “AUTO” to something like “80” to try and avoid all that noise. Yeesh.
Random question of the day: What are your favorite things about Portland?
I was born here so I’m a bit biased, but it seems like a lot of people move here.
It’s rarely crazy hot (over 100F is super rare), it’s rarely crazy cold (below 20 or so is super rare, usually it’s above freezing), the weather is great (if you like light rain like I do), the city is large enough to have everything you need but still feels small, and so on.
Ahh the can opener! This is a great shot, but I cant figure out where it was taken from? South of the VA?

It was taken from the penthouse balcony of one of the apartment buildings near Barbur, south of the tram line obviously.
