Ever since I was 10 years old (if not longer), I’ve wanted a Dodge Viper. I fell in love with the car as a kid and had models of the car growing up. I even picked my username based on the car. Never did I dream that I would actually own one someday though but thanks to saving for years and having a great job, I finally accomplished my 17+ year dream.
It is insanely fast. The thing that amazes me the most about it is how effortlessly it accelerates away from lights and getting on the freeway without me even having to have a heavy right foot. Without realizing it, I’m all of a sudden going way over the speed limit. Oops!
I purchased it on eBay on January 17th, 2012 and it was finally delivered on March 23rd, 2012. The loan paperwork took forever and the shipping company took a few weeks to completely fill a trailer heading out to this part of the country. I’m the third owner of the car and it previously was in the Saint Louis, Missouri area.

Congrats! I can imagine the feeling of fulfilling a dream so old. 😉
How much was the Viper? lol :S
Just under $63k. I consider it amazing value for money. It’s a whole hell of a lot of car.
Very stoked that you got your Viper. Now I have to figure out how to get my Italia 458.
Congrats from a fellow 20-something Viper owner! I’m getting mine this week and cannot sleep so instead I’m surfing the Viper club forums…
